Our Fees
Our current fee schedule:
Clinic Visits (1 hr)- $110
Home Visits (1 hr)- $110 (subject to additional $15 travel charge)
No shows and cancellations less than 24 hrs in advance- subject to $50 charge
Paediatric Physiotherapy Associates requests payment by either cash or cheque at the time of treatment. Unfortunately, we cannot process debit and credit card payments. We will provide invoices as proof of payment for insurance and income tax purposes at the time of treatment.
We also work with families who have financial assistance through Jennifer Ashleigh Children’s Charity, President’s Choice Children’s Charity or other sources. In these cases we can bill the charity/foundation directly for payment.
